have a passion for your work and it will never feel like a job.
:)
ever met someone you recognized but can’t recall from where and the only conclusion is that you met then in the previous life. that’s what you call serendipity.
I’ve been gymin it since high school of like sophmore year
I can tell you, until last June it was probably all a waste. but it’s a learning experience.
maybe I don’t know it all but this is what I believe at least.
Maybe your workout schedule is something like
monday - chest arms
tuesdays - backs legs
wednesday - rest
thursday - etc
I’d say that’s not the best way you work out as every work out is a compound movement that works out many other parts of your body
squats deadlifts target almost every muscle.
when you do chest, you work out your arms as well.
so having a workout schedule planned out such a way gives your body no time to rest.
I say, go for a full body work out twice a week, that gives your muscles time to rest and grow.

to see how much parents play a critical role in your life whether it be their existence or absence.
When you were young, we believed our parents were always right. As a teenager, we questioned them—perhaps thinking that they were clueless and we were right. As a young adult, we start to see that our parents aren’t so clueless and are often right. And as weget older and older, we will eventually become our parents.
ain’t that scary?
of course this wouldn’t apply to everyone. but that’s for the people who automatically assume the speaker is referring to a universal trend rather than his or her own observation.
thanks i have a face only a mother could love
how people can claim they love one another and in like two hours they can scream I !@#$ you. Like it’s one thing to fight and then make up. It’s another to completely ignore the person and never talk to them again. Like what was the whole point of getting to know them in the first place? IDK it just confuses me to see people completely shun one another after have period where they would talk to each other everyday.
food for thought
If money is the root of all evils. Why do we crave it so much?
